Building on a five-year long collaboration that has spanned practice, publication, and pedagogy, Justine A. Chambers and Alana Gerecke are currently developing an interdisciplinary project, "Lost Gestures." Supported by a Research & Creation grant from the Canada Council for the Arts and a grant from SFU's Community Engaged Research Initiative, this work explores outmoded repertoires of movement that are specific to particular sites, communities, and urban technologies.
